INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Two Installation Options To Consider

There are two things you should consider as options when installing a new hot water heating system, a whole house filter, and a re-circulating system.

A Whole House Filter System

New technologies in filtering systems are now available in your home. They are economical and healthy. They can remove COPEPODS, chlorine, lead, VOCs, THMs, Crypto, MTBE and over 100 common tap water contaminants.

Tankless water heaters require at least a filter on the water supply line going to the heating unit. The installation of a tankless water heater is the perfect time to install a whole house filter.

Hot Water Recirculation System

A hot water re-circulation system is an option that should be considered when installing a new water heater. While tankless and condensing tank water heaters supply “endless” or “continuous” hot water, they do not provide “Instant Hot Water.” With a re-circulation system, all water heaters produce instant hot water. They do this by allowing the hot water to slowly circulate through the plumbing system, providing hot water to your tap or shower without having to clear the pipes of cold water.

Be sure to ask for an estimate on these installation options when installing your new water heater. When installed with your new qualifing water heater, these systems can earn a 30% tax credit. If you are considering either option, now is the time, while the tax credits siltl apply!
